Grand Opening of Miguel’s Jr. Huntington Beach

On September 6th, don’t miss the exciting grand opening of the fourth Miguel’s Jr in Orange County. Founded in Corona in the 1970’s, this will be the 17th location in Southern California.

So what makes Miguel’s Jr unique? Besides the delicious food, “the drive through,” says Javier Vasquez, CEO. The convenience of ordering a great meal from your car is certainly a plus.

“We are trying to build our brand in Orange County”, added Javier. Judging by their original recipes,  famous salsa, excellent customer service and prices, they are sure to succeed.

A quick survey of everyone, from the employees to Brian, the store manager, and even Mary, the owner and founder, revealed that the favorite dish, by far, is the chile verde burrito. You can order it with your choice of meat, but we recommend the pork.

Ken, the general manager, had to disagree. “I’ve been eating at Miguel’s since 1978,” he says, “and my favorite is the chile relleno. Although sometimes I go back to the original Miguel’s restaurant for the chile colorado”, only available at the original location in Corona.

Whatever you order, you won’t be disappointed.

Stop by today for their soft opening and make Miguel’s Jr a part of your family.  Check in to the Huntington Beach location on Facebook to receive a free burrito on your next visit (valid until September 12 or while supplies last).

Join them for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on September 6th at 10:30 AM.
