Category: Sneak Peeks & Trailers

A heartwarming, quintessentially British adventure for all the family, Pudsey The Dog: The Movie follows cheeky London stray dog, Pudsey (David Walliams), who is quite happy being a lone ranger, looking out for number one, until he meets siblings Molly (Izzy Meikle-Small), George (Spike White) and Tommy (Malachy Knights). After losing their father, their mother Gail (Jessica Hynes) is moving the family to the sleepy village of Chuffington and Pudsey tags along, to the dismay of their landlord, Mr. Thorne (John Sessions), and his cat Faustus. As Pudsey starts to settle in with the family and realize what he was missing when he was alone, he stumbles across Thorne’s evil plan and he determines to save them and the whole village.

Pudsey became famous when he and his young owner Ashleigh won Britain’s favorite television talent show Britain’s Got Talent in 2012. Ashleigh and Pudsey went on to perform in front of Queen Elizabeth II twice, as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, and the 84th Royal Variety performance, and host their own BBC show “Who Let the Dogs Out?.” Since 2012, Asheligh and Pudsey have also fronted a PETA campaign calling for a ban on cruelty to animals in circuses.

From the director of hit family films Wild Child and Horrid Henry comes the British Family Comedy Film, which stars the voices of David Walliams and Olivia Colman! “Pudsey The Dog: The Movie” is releasing for the first time in the U.S. on June 6th 2016. The film will be available on all VOD platforms.
