Several James Cameron films now on 4K

Fans of James Cameron are a little happier now. For the first time three of his memorable films are available on 4K Ultra HD: The Abyss, Aliens, and True Lies. And yes, there is a difference with the HD versions. Everything is brighter and clearer. Also, there are new collector’s editions of Avatar and Avatar: The Way of Water.
The Abyss includes some new bonus features on the disc and digital:

The Abyss, Aliens and True Lies will be available in 4K Ultra UHD for the first time ever on December 12 at digital retailers and on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc March 12, 2024. Avatar and Avatar: The Way of Water Collector’s Editions will also be available at digital retailers December 12 and on Blu-ray December 19.
