Yoga Play Kit

The Yoga Play Kit is a screen-free, music-powered yoga and mindfulness game that helps children aged 2 and up build emotional regulation skills through movement and sensory-rich play. Each Kit takes kids on an imaginative adventure, using a beautifully illustrated, song-based book to guide them through yoga poses, breathing techniques, and pretend play. After each activity, children place magnetic stickers on the play board to track their journey. Created by a kids’ yoga expert and mom of two, the Yoga Play Kit makes it easy for parents and educators to create meaningful and mindful play experiences—no yoga experience needed. Children can enjoy the Kit independently or with a caregiver, turning everyday play into a powerful opportunity for connection, regulation, and growth.
