The Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival is back for 2026. The event takes place from March 6 to April 27, 2026 and, as before, the Sip and Savor passes are available so guests can sample a variety of foods and beverages with minimal cost.
Among some of the new items this year are:
- Carbonara pizzetta (available at LA Style)
- Chicharrón nachos (available at California Craft Brews)
- Pork chile verde chulupas (available at Paradise Garden Grill)
- Pandan latte churro (available at Terran Treats)
- Ramen mac & cheese (available at Peppers Cali-ente
The Sip and Savor Pass is available for four or eight coupons, making it much easier for guests to select how many items they want to try. Of course, you can always buy more than one as well as share them with family and friends. The passes do not have to be used on the same day. They can be used throughout the festival.
Besides simply indulging in delightful food and beverages, there are seminars for guests who want to learn about mixing those specialty drinks. The schedule for the mixology seminars is listed below. Reservations are necessary. Check availability and make reservations here.
March 7 and 8
Gin is on the schedule at the Carthay Circle Restaurant
March 14 and 15
Tequila goodies are on the schedule at the Hollywood Lounge
March 21 and 22
Whiskey is the drink of the day at the Lamplight Lounge
March 28 and 29
Whiskey is on the schedule at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel
March 28 and 29
Rum is the specialty drink at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel
Wine Education and Tasting Seminars are also available on March 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, and 29. These seminars are approximately 40-minutes long. If you’re interested, check with the Disneyland website for further information.
And for the information about the food and wine offerings for the festival, visit the Disneyland Foodie Guide.
I was not able to sample any of the new items. I have tasted the Mickey shaped chocolate Macaron in the past. It is delicious, and very sweet. It’s a good size so sharing this goodie is probably the way to go.
Foodies, wine enthusiasts, and adult guests interested in the mixology seminars are in for a treat at the annual Disney California Adventure Food and Wind Festival. Bon appétit, salute, cheers, and enjoy.
